The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet Review

How The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet Works

The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet was created by Cherie Calbom to help people lose weight by incorporating raw foods and juices into their diets. Calbom has dieters take sugar, candy, soda and other items completely out of their diets.

There are a lot of things to like about The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet, but what it lacks is any type of long term plan for dieters who want to continue to lose weight without having to stick to the strict demands of this diet. The number one reason why diets fail is because they become far too difficult to stick to over time, and this will certainly be a problem with The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet.

Do Dieters Lose Weight on The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet?

If dieters follow The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet to the letter, chances are they will see some weight loss in the first week or so. After that, it will come down to each individual dieter’s ability to fight off the urge to eat what they used to eat and find an exercise plan to help them to lose more weight and get in shape.

And that brings us to another issue with The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet. Cherie Calbom does recommend that people find some sort of exercise plan to follow, but there are no workout tips of any kind in the book. Since dieters will have to find their own exercise plan to work with their new diet, this keeps The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet from being considered a complete, long-term weight loss plan.

Level of Effort

The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet will be easy enough for people to understand since the recommended raw foods and vegetable juices are all listed in the book. Actually going through with the diet, though, that is a whole other issue. Many dieters will be able to make the drastic diet changes for the first couple of days, but not many will have the will power to be able to switch with it for too much longer after that.

The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet book is a great guide for people who want to switch to a raw, vegetarian diet, but even then it can’t be considered a complete diet program. Adding some healthy juices to one’s diet is never a bad idea, but this diet is simply too tough for the typical dieter and lacks many of the elements that most people will be looking for in their weight loss programs.
